The Company shall inform in due course the record date / book closure for payment of dividend,” said the pharma company in a statement.

For the fourth quarter of CY25, the consumer healthcare firm recorded a 50.11% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 66.5 crore. According to a regulatory filing dated February 25, it recorded a profit of Rs 44.3 crore during the same period the previous year. From Rs 170.7 crore in the fourth quarter of CY24 to Rs 251 crore in the Q4’25, the company’s revenue from operations increased 47.04% YoY.
The company reported sales of Rs 878.4 crore for the full year 2025, a 21% YoY growth. Its CY25 PAT climbed 33% YoY to Rs 240.1 crore.

“Sanofi Consumer stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 4051. A Daily close below support of 3985 could lead to a target of 3712 in the near term,” commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
