A small-cap firm in the capital goods industry, Stovec Industries, has released its financial results for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2025. The company has announced a sizable dividend for its eligible shareholders in addition to its earnings.

The Board of Directors “recommend dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each {i.e. 120%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and the same will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting {“AGM”). Trading Window which has been closed for Specified Persons to approve above results shall be re-opened on February 25, 2026,” Stovec Industries confirmed in a statement.

According to Business Standard, Stovec Industries’ net profit dropped 89.54% to Rs 0.16 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2025 from Rs 1.53 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2024. Compared to Q3FY25, when sales were Rs 56.02 crore, they fell 8.21% to Rs 51.42 crore in Q3FY26.
In the year ending in December 2025, net profit plummeted 46.76% to Rs 6.90 crore, compared to Rs 12.96 crore in the year ending in December 2024. In the year that ended in December 2025, sales dropped 15.54% to Rs 198.11 crore from Rs 234.57 crore in the full-financial year that ended in December 2024.

“Stovec Industries stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 1953. A Daily close below support of 1890 could lead to a target of 1745 in the near term,” commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
