Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ServiceNow have announced a multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnership aimed at accelerating large-scale AI adoption across enterprise business functions, the companies said Monday.
The partnership will see TCS develop industry-specific AI solutions built natively on the ServiceNow platform, targeting back-office functions including human resources, finance, supply chain, procurement, and employee services. The solutions will be delivered through TCS’ AI-led autonomous global business solutions portfolio, anchored by its five-stage AI Autonomy Framework.
The tie-up is designed to move enterprises beyond fragmented AI pilots toward organisation-wide transformation, replacing manual processes with agentic AI-driven workflows that can learn and self-improve. Practical applications outlined by the companies include a unified hire-to-retire HR lifecycle and an accelerated order-to-cash process aimed at improving revenue predictability.
TCS Chief Operating Officer Aarthi Subramanian said the partnership brings together trusted AI, modern workflows, and deep industry knowledge to help clients embed intelligence across IT, business operations, and customer functions. ServiceNow President and COO Amit Zavery said the collaboration is focused on delivering innovation and governance at scale, rather than isolated AI experiments.
The two companies also plan to invest jointly in co-innovation labs, solution showcases, and integrated go-to-market programmes. TCS already holds the distinction of being ServiceNow’s largest user of IT Asset Management, having deployed the offering across thousands of employee devices in under three months.
TCS shares on the National Stock Exchange traded at ₹2,679.30 on Monday, down 0.26 per cent from the previous close of ₹2,686.20, touching a session low of ₹2,660.20 and a high of ₹2,704.00 at around midday. The Mumbai-headquartered company posted consolidated revenues exceeding $30 billion in the fiscal year ended March 2025. ServiceNow is listed on the NYSE under the ticker NOW.
