Some of the stocks like Zee Entertainment have fallen sharply over the last couple of days. Recently, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has stayed an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal initiating the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) for the entertainment company, following a petition filed by IndusInd Bank.
Most of the stocks have significantly higher price targets than the current market price. For example, HDFC Securities sees a sharply higher target price on Mahindra Lifespace Developers of nearly 40% from current levels. HDFC Securities has a target price of Rs 521 per share.
On Tube Investments, Geojit has noted that the company has a diversified revenue stream with strong growth in the core sector and industrial segments like railways & powers through inorganic form to support long term revenue visibility. “Additionally, GoI’s PLI scheme and China plus strategy by major international OEMs to bring incremental growth for medium term. We value TII on a consolidated basis, with a P/E of 30x FY25E EPS and recommend buy rating with a target price of Rs.2,768,” Geojit BNP Paribas has stated.
On NCC, the brokerage has stated, “We maintained our FY23 revenue estimate and improved our EBITDA margin estimate by 20bps to 10% to factor in the benign commodity prices. We maintain BUY rating on the stock and value NCC at a P/E of 9x FY25E earnings with a target price of Rs 107.”
